Group Swimming Payment terms and conditions: Invoices for group swimming lessons are dispatched on the 25th of the month, prior to the start of the new term. Payment is due before the start of the new term/month. Please use your child's name and/or Invoice number as your payment reference.
Fees and Term Structure: Our annual calendar is planned in advance, and fees are calculated across the full year. Fees are charged per term and not per individual lesson. Public holidays, end-of-term closures, the December shutdown, and the January start-up period are all factored into the annual fee structure. There are no lessons held on public holidays. These scheduled closures and variations have been fairly calculated and incorporated into the term fee. Term fees secure your child's allocated timeslot and place in our program. By enrolling your child, you acknowledge and agree to the full term fee as invoiced.
Group swimming lessons and Little Otters: Lessons cannot be carried over to the next month and will be forfeited. To be eligible for ONE make-up lesson within a month, notify your trainer at least 12-24 hours in advance if you cannot attend your scheduled lesson. The make-up lesson is subject to the swim instructor's availability and schedule.
Notice Period Policy for leaving Swim School: We require 30 days/one calendar month's notice in writing should you wish to leave the swim school. Please provide such notice directly to your Instructor.
